Our skincare products are handmade to order, and we value the integrity of our ingredients. There may be slight variations in the products (color/smell/texture) attributed to the natural and/or organic components used.

If any issues arise with your order, please contact us so that we can remedy the matter as quickly as possible. Our customers are our top priority, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are made to order, and processing times may take up to 3-5 business days. Processing times do not include the weekend. We will notify you if your order is expected to take a bit longer. We appreciate your support and business and acknowledge your patience.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Due to the nature of each product, we do not accept returns or exchanges because of quality standards. Refunds will not be issued.

Damaged

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately! We will work to rectify any issues.

What if I receive my products melted? 

Please be advised products are naturally handcrafted products composed of natural oils and butters with natural sensitivity to heat. During the summer months melting may occur. If your product arrives melted, please place your product in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Please store products in a cool place.

Do you offer nut free options or other alternatives?
